The VB-GRAM G (Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission - Gramin) is a transformative mission designed to enhance rural livelihood security and enforce transparent, efficient employment governance. By guaranteeing wage employment to every eligible rural household, it fosters resilient local infrastructure, promotes sustainable natural resource management, and creates durable productive assets across the Panchayat.

01. 125 Days Guaranteed Employment
Provides statutory entitlement guaranteeing up to 125 days of wage employment per financial year to eligible rural households.
02. Participatory Planning
Democratic, bottom-up project formulation finalized directly through active Ward Sabhas and Grama Sabhas.
03. Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
Direct electronic crediting of wages into the bank/post office accounts of registered wage-seekers without intermediaries.
04. Digital Governance & Monitoring
Mobile app-based muster rolls (NMMS), geotagging of physical assets, and real-time computerized MIS tracking.
05. Sustainable Livelihood Security
Creation of resilient individual and community assets fostering long-term socio-economic self-reliance.
06. Transparent Registration
Hassle-free, time-bound issuance of Job Cards to all eligible local rural households upon demand.
07. Total Public Transparency
Proactive public disclosure of muster rolls, worksite citizen information boards, and detailed expenditure records.
08. Social Audit Mechanisms
Mandatory bi-annual independent social audits conducted by community auditors with direct public participation.
09. Grievance Redressal
Stipulated timeline-based complaint redressal mechanisms with state and district ombudsman oversight.
10. Workers' Rights & Worksite Amenities
Guaranteed right to demand work within 15 days, unemployment allowance, safe drinking water, crèche, and first-aid facilities.
11. Viksit Gram Panchayat Plan (VGPP)
Strategic formulation of the annual labor budget aligned with ecological restoration, farming, and local civic priorities.
12. Digitized Record Management
Complete digital maintenance of dynamic asset registers, electronic muster rolls, and financial accounts.
